So, my second daughter is in Thailand with three other people. Arie, Ryan and Arie's Dad. She has been Skypeing us and the sound is so clear and there is no delay. Its awesome. It would be even better if we had a camera.
She of course lets us know where she is and when she is about to move.
We follow her on Google Earth and we also Google the places she's been. Technology is so amazing. We can see where she is and where she has been.
So I was looking at the latest place she was at and I found a Thai Cooking class on line right here. If you are a little interested in Thai cooking this is almost like having the teacher in your kitchen. I am going to make the Tuna Salad and the PadThai. I can make my version of Pad Thai but I am going to take it up a notch with this authentic recipe.

  1. Isnt Thai food amazing? Cant wait to try some of your new recipes when i get home and maybe try a little thai cooking myself after i go to a few classes here. Its only about $10 for an all day class...cant turn that down:) love you
ps your Pad Thai is still one of the best i've had.

  2. Hi Judy,
Thanks for visiting my blog and following it! How exciting! This blogging has opened up a whole new world!
My family (four children aged 18 to 24 at present) and my husband David and I have enjoyed lots of holidays in Bali and we just love the Thai influence on the food. It is so simple yet really delicious and you just need a few herbs and spices and lots of satay!! Yum!
Your knitting is just gorgeous. On the blogs on my page is one called Plain Jane Creations, which is my friend Lisa who does lovely knitting and felting too.
    Happy stitching, knitting or whatever!
